Tilapia fish curry!

Fixings
3 100g tilapia fish
1 medium onion, cut
1 huge tomato, slashed
1 tablespoon tomato purée
4 garlic cloves, stripped
Green and red chillis, embellish
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon Tumeric
1 cup water
1 lime,juiced
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
6 tablespoons cooking oil
Coriander leaves for embellish
Strategy
– cut edges on the two sides of the fish and marinate the fish with salt,lime juice, tumeric and coriander powder and leave for 10 minutes
– Add cooking oil to hot dish
– Fry the fish on medium warmth for around 6 minutes on each side.
– cautiously eliminate the fish once it’s not adhering to the dish and put in a safe spot
– Fry your onions in a similar search for gold moment, eliminating abundance oil
– meanwhile, mix the remainder of the fixings in a food processor and add to the skillet, fry for around 4 minutes over medium warmth
– Add water and let it calm down to wanted consistency
– Gently add the fish to the stewing sauce and permit to cook together covered for around 5 minutes
– Switch off cooker and permit 5 minutes prior to decorating with coriander
